For remote assistance please click the icon below to download AMMYY admin or Teamviewer as guided by your support agent. Any other running versions of Teamviewer will need to be temporarily stopped.
Once the remote session is closed the software on the host PC is terminated and no further access can be granted without the host user downloading the software again and supplying the access codes to the again.
Once the program has downloaded run it and pass the id and password information to our support agent so that we can connect to your PC.
